We are so looking forward to welcoming you to Viansa Winery for our Vine to Table Dinner!

Due to forecasted rain on Saturday evening, we will now be hosting the dinner under the shelter and warmth of our Estate Pavilion. Guests will be welcomed to our Courtyard for a fireside Aperitivo Hour under the shelter of our Loggia, and enjoy wine tasting in our wine cave prior to being ushered upstairs to our Pavilion for a family-style dinner freshly prepared in our wood fired oven by Chef Ari Weiswasser.

Join us for a true taste of Italy in the heart of Sonoma and let us transport you to a remote villa in the Tuscan countryside to enjoy a rustically elegant culinary experience.

This alfresco dining setting is inspired by our Italian heritage and showcases the best of Sonoma Valley’s seasonal offerings with a menu specially crafted by Executive Chef Ari Weiswasser of Sonoma County’s acclaimed Glen Ellen Star.

Nestled among the changing leaves of our Estate vines, this enchanting evening begins with an Aperitivo Hour featuring a hand-crafted welcome aperitif, tastings of our premium wines, and a selection of small bites.

Following the Aperitivo Hour, guests will be welcomed to our family table to indulge in Chef Ari’s three-course family-style dinner freshly prepared in our wood fired oven and paired with wine specially selected for each course.
