Immerse your senses in hand-pulled Mozzarella topped crostini, sliced prosciutto to-order and locally sourced cheeses, followed by a freshly prepared hand-made pasta and a porchetta carving station crafted by renowned Sonoma chef Carlo Cavallo of Bisteca & Vino.
