Struggling with sushi-making, despite YouTube tutorials? Uncertain about sushi rice selection or sourcing quality salmon?
Chef Ed Metcalfe and his team from Sushimotos are here to help you craft enticing, sustainable sushi, sure to wow your guests and excite your taste buds!
You’ll start the day with miso soup while the chef demonstrates. Over the next two hours, you’ll also learn knife handling techniques, where to source the best ingredients, how to make sushi rice and more.
Each student will make two full rolls, as well as a hand roll or a futomaki roll. Veggie options are available, and wine is included.
You’ll leave with a digital cookbook and ingredient sourcing guide — but you won’t leave hungry!
