The Valley of the Moon Chamber Ensemble (VOMCE) began its journey in 2006, founded by Dr. Brian Sebastian and four other passionate vocalists during a festive gathering in Sonoma. This spark of inspiration led to their debut holiday concert in 2007, setting a tradition of excellence in a cappella performances. Over the years, the ensemble has grown from eight to sixteen voices, refining its artistry and embracing a repertoire spanning 500 years, from medieval melodies to contemporary harmonies. Their mission includes not only musical performance but also supporting local arts through benefit concerts.
